Piece of Cake
This very small residence (under 1200 sq. ft.) on the ocean in Wells, Maine was built to take full advantage of a very challenging piece of land. The Owners gave SFA the opportunity to create a home on a unique trapezoidal slice of land bounded by difficult water and land setbacks representing an extreme design challenge.
With a maximum total height of 35 feet including an elevated Pier foundation; this whimsical Shingle style residence with one exterior "face" being less than 5 feet long is a one-of-a-kind home in Salmon Falls Architecture's 37 year history.
